Reliability
The beta may contain bugs or experience interruptions. Please keep suitable workshop processes in place if Veedeo is temporarily unavailable.
Workshop responsibility
Garages remain responsible for normal workshop judgement, customer communication and their professional and legal responsibilities.
Authorisation records
Veedeo supports the capture of customer repair authorisation records. It does not replace professional, regulatory or legal advice.
Customer data
Only enter customer and vehicle information that is needed for the repair work approval workflow, and handle that information in line with your own data protection responsibilities.
Reporting issues
Please report faults, unexpected behaviour or concerns promptly so we can investigate and improve the beta.
Pricing and trials
Pricing, trial periods and any beta arrangements may be agreed separately with each participating garage.
